As a Broker/Mentor, Scott uses experience gained by becoming a top producer to further train and develop the agents that come and work under him. He has made it a personal goal to stand out among the rest by giving his agents the feeling of belonging to something great. His past clients will attest to his non-pressure approach to getting results, while working at their pace. In addition to assisting Buyers and Sellers, Scott handles the Property Management functions of the brokerage.
Scott is a member of the National, State, and local Associations of Realtors, graduated ePro Certified member, Chairman of the Snohomish County Strategic Business Association and a Buffini and Company Certified Mentor. In August 2008, he won Real Estate magazine's coveted "Realtors on the Rise" award being recognized as one of the most influentual agents in the country for achieving results by thinking outside of the box. Scott is also big on giving back in the communities that he serves, and has passed this inspiration on to his company and agents as well. Both Scott and The Real Estate Bundle support many organizations each year through volunteering and donations.
Finally, Scott is an active mentor with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Snohomish County and has gained strong ethics serving over 15 years as a military reservist with both the Army and Air Force Reserves. He understands military demands and lifestyles, and enjoys working with military families who want to take advantage of their VA benefits.
