"I joined the Real Estate Bundle, LLC this year because I was impressed with the way the Broker, Scott Comey, runs the office. First of all, Scott is a successful agent in his own right, and he is a Buffini Mentor, very thoughtful, always listens to what others have to say and thinks before he speaks. His integrity is one of his greatest assets.
Scott decided when he set up this office to offer the things to other agents that were important to him as an agent. Scott participates in the advertising of office listings and promotes the selling agent in those advertisements. The commission splits are the same across the board and are fair and generous. We all meet one evening a month for a “Synergy Session”. We talk about what we are doing, ask for others opinions and generally support each other. I love it. You begin quickly to feel like your co agents are part of a team.
