The City of Lake Stevens is a beautiful lake community that sits in a very centralized location of Snohomish County. It is home to over 14,000 residence, with an additional 20,000 residing in the cities urban growth area.
The lake attracts several area visitors each spring and summer for the water sports that the lake offers, and it is host to the annual Aquafest event each year (see link).
The downtown district of Lake Stevens is quaint, with many little shops, a few restaurants, and a little market. You will also enjoy several area parks and the Centennial Trail which spans 7.5 miles from Arlington to Snohomish. There is a seperate trail for horses that runs alongside the paved walking trail.
These are just a few reason why Lake Stevens has recently become a very popular place for people to call home.
